HAVE YOU HEARED ABOUT ALI EXPRESS
It was very
funny that I who was very skeptical of making purchases online in time past has
within few months made purchases twice online successfully, well let me say
partly successful.
Whoever is
reading this now will want to ask how I fall in love with online shopping.
In my
country, Nigeria the electricity supply was so bad that you cannot think of
using it to do anything that needed to be done with electricity and then I was
thinking of signing up for binary option and Forex Trading.
I knew that
if I should rely on the country electricity supply I will not be able to trade
effectively and I may end up losing my trades because of power outages.
I needed to
solve that problem because I have already signup for binary option trading online.

My is solution
to get solar charger for laptop.
I went into
my Amazon.com account whether I can get a solar charger for laptop, I found but
unfortunately this product is among the kind of product that Amazon.com does not
ship to Nigeria.
I was so
disappointed, I felt that now that I find a solution that will help me in my
trading activity, I could not get it because of that rule.

Then I
remember that sometime in the past someone told me about getting a UK address.

was mention in one of the articles that one of the alternatives result brought

What make it
easier for my mind to be at rest was that the writer of the article is a Nigerian
who had made purchases from Ali Express before and the product was delivered to
him in his office in perfect condition.
I followed
his example, I quickly Google Ali Express, search for Solar Charger For Laptop,
I found it and even at cheaper price.
I made
payment through web money (Ali Express has three payment methods that one can
choose from).
I made the
payment on December22nd 2014, because of the holiday season, that is Christmas
and new year, the shipping which was suppose to get to Nigeria between 15 and
60 days came in on 22nd of February 2015.

I was so
happy but that my happiness came to abrupt end when I discovered that the
product was defective and could not charge anything not even a small phone can
it charge.

But I was
happy because of the way Ali Express arbitration team handle my complaint.
In the end the
seller returned back 80% of the purchase price to me and I was told to keep the
defective product, if possible I should give it to people who can repair it in
my country to repair it for me.
Initially when I told my friends and relatives that the Solar charger was defective they
told me that they have told me that it was a defective product that will be
sent to me as new product.
Their serve
you right attitude towards my predicament does not abate until on April 2015 I told
them that the Ali Express Arbitration panel came to the decision that the
seller should return 80% of the purchase price that I paid back to me and I
should keep the defective product and the money is already in my web money account.

The way Ali
Express handled my complaint and came to an amicable solution that was
satisfactory to me and the seller made it easy for me to trust the platform enough for me to order for an android tablet phone on the same platform.

10 years ago, it was all about list building. Build a list and money will come. Then came blogging. Now everyone is talking about Facebook.
If you are starting out in internet marketing, which one should you start first? A list? A blog? Or a Facebook page?
Of course, you should start with all three. But the focus should be the list. Am I old-school? Let me explain why.
From traffic point of view, blogging is necessary because in long run, as your blog becomes establish, it is going to bring you free search engine traffic and loyal readers. Facebook (or social networking in general) is also necessary because in long run, as your ‘fanship’ grows, it is going to create a viral effect and hence bring you more traffic. But in short-term, all that is not going to happen.
When you are new (and I’m assuming you are really new), you have little resources and contacts. Google doesn’t like you, hence there is no SEO traffic. Facebook doesn’t like you, because you have no fan (unless your friends are interested in your business). Other marketers don’t like you, because you have no innovative product to offer. Your web traffic is likely to come from advertising and article/video/forum marketing.
Since that is the case, it is important that you keep every traffic you can get and nurture them into either your customer or promotion partner. This is only possible if you get them into your list, so that you can contact them again. Once you do that, you can then channel the traffic to your blog and Facebook page, in the hope of building your future traffic arsenal.
Imagine if you start a blog and promote it aggressively, what will happen? Chances are the traffic just come and go. They are not there to wait for your next blog post.
Some people may argue that they can build a ‘virtual’ list through Facebook, by subscribing people through Facebook Like or Subscribe. But think about it. Is it easier to get a stranger to give you their email address or to ‘Like’ you? I haven’t really test this though. If you think it is easier to get people to subscribe to your Facebook page, please share your experience in the comments below.
Get the focus right and keep promoting. This is the way to survive and grow your online empire from scratch.
